Where do we ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Florida.

How long does it take to ship after an order is received?

We try to ship within 3-5 days of receiving your order.

Can you ship an order the next day after it is received?

Yes, in most cases we can - but you must call the office so that we can prioritze your order. How much is the shipping cost? It varies, we make great effort to consolidate your order and choose the best size box to avoid excessive unutilized space.

What does your packaging look like?


Most of our products are packaged in a beautiful glossy-color gift box.

What is the procedure if I receive a damaged or defective item?

You must call the office within 10 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item at no cost.

What are your payment options?


For internet, telephone, online and fax orders we accept Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card will be charged at the time your item is shipped.

What about privacy?

Your right to privacy and security is our top priority. Rosso's International does not engage in selling, marketing or sharing of your personal information. We require personal information only when it is necessary to do so, such as completing your order. We ultilize standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of your personal information. Our Online Shopping Cart is secured by VeriSign technology.

What will you do if an item is out-of-stock?

We will contact you by email to see if you would like to back order, choose another item or cancel the order. Satisfaction Guarantee: Complete satisfaction is our guarantee. Any item may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of shipping (excluding shipping and handling costs). Please call Customer Service at 1-954-927-4548 for an authorization number. Can I put my birdhouse outdoors?

All of our birdhouses are functional for outdoor use. They have a hinged door for cleaning, ventilation, predator guard and with drainage holes. We use non-toxic paint, and we do not use any chemicals or sealants that are harmful to wildlife. Even though these birdhouses are made for the outdoors, the colors and quality are best maintained when placed in a protected area. Direct and prolonged exposure to sun and water will fade and wear these birdhouses in an accelerated manner.

What type of birds will your houses attract?


The opening on the painted birdhouses is 11/2 inches. They are designed to accommodate many backyard birds such as Wrens, Finches, Chickadees, Bluebirds, Titmice and Nuthatches. The natural cedar birdhouses have more specific hole and house sizes that will limit and attact specific species. These specifications are based on guidelines from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology & the Audobon Society.

How can I hang the birdhouse?

All birdhouses come with the signature "Rosso's Bracket". This bracket allows easy hanging and unmounting at the time of cleaning.

Personalization FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Our Personalization Process


Payment Terms / Late Fees
Preferred method of payment is by credit card. For those long-standing customers with payment terms, payment is expected within 30 days of the order being shipped. Personalization customers may pay once a month by remitting the monthly statement balance upon receipt via automatic credit card charge. Late fees will be assessed 15 days after the statement date, i.e. 15 day grace period (18% annual rate). Orders will be held if invoices are 30 days past due or your credit card declines. Rosso’s does not like to hold orders and your customers won’t like the delay. In addition, failure to pay promptly will result in loss of payment terms. After 60 days your account will be cancelled and forwarded to collection services.

Credits & Returns

Please do not take it upon yourself to deduct for returned or defective merchandise. You must call our office to report any damages or problems with your order and any credit due will be issued when the item is returned. All damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Duplicate Faxes/ Orders
Do not re-fax an order without calling our Customer Service Department first. Re-faxing may cause duplicate shipments for which you will be charged. Call as soon as possible if you think you have sent an order twice. If an order is duplicated, Rosso’s will credit you for up to half of the order. (Minus shipping charges). You must call to report the incident before returning a duplicate order.

Order Form
Please use the Rosso’s order form to fax or email your orders. We will only process orders that are filled out completely. If you have a special concern with your order you may call us. Otherwise, we will send you confirmation within 24 hours with an order number.

Cancellation
As these may be custom made pieces, personalized orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

Inaccurate Order
To be warranted, the order must be submitted in writing via fax, standard mail, or email. Item numbers must be provided. Descriptions are useful but do not override the item number given. If Rosso’s is responsible for the mistake, call to report the error and we will correct the problem quickly at no charge. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before sending. Rosso’s can not be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors that have been sent over and orders will ship exactly as they are transmitted over.

Product Warranty
Rosso’s cannot warrant that items will be received free of unsightly blemishes upon your inspection of the order. Due to the properties of brass there may be slight variations to the color. Items are warranted against breakage with normal wear and tear for 30 days from shipment date. Rosso’s reserves the right to refuse this warranty if user abuse is evident.

Backorders
Personalized items and drop ship orders will be filed on backorder and shipped when ready. It is your responsibility to call and cancel backorders. We receive the right to cancel stock orders of non-personalized items which total less than $100.00.

Shipping
Your order will be sent out via FedEx Ground unless otherwise agreed upon. You may designate FedEx Next Day Service by writing in large letters at the top of the page. Note that this does not necessarily mean your order will be rushed through the same day, merely that when we complete the order it will ship FedEx Next Day. (Shipping rates vary due to weight, commercial & residential address, etc.).
